Should an error occur by BCT on your custom print order, the order will be reprinted free of charge. Please note that proofing for type size, font selection, design layout, ink color and stock selection is the responsibility of the customer. BCT is unable to make modifications to orders once submitted. Typographical errors approved by the customer are not eligible to be re-run free of charge.

Shipping:

It is your responsibility to pick the correct shipping you need in order to receive your order in time.

If the shipper loses the shipment we are not able to re-print the job free of charge but we will provide a large discount to re-print if necessary to help with the situation.
